BOOKING

First of all, please send us all the details of your group number (minimum group number is 4), chosen activities and date of arrival, then pay the required deposit by bank transfer or the completely safe PayPal system (in case you choose the latter option, an extra 4 % surcharge will be added). By booking at PAINTBALL AND MILITARY WEEKENDS, it is considered that you and all members of your group accepted all these terms and conditions. (It is your responsibility to give all members of your group a line on the following terms and conditions.) Your contract with us comes into existence when we send you a confirmation e-mail or a check that verifies the receipt of your deposit. The emails between us, these terms and conditions and general information constitute the entire agreement between you and PAINTBALL AND MILITARY WEEKENDS. It must be understood that if you book via e-mail or telephone you accept our terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT

When making a booking with us, you must email us the number of your group, the relevant details, dates, activities and pay the required deposit. Payment has to be done by one person; there is no possibility for individual payments. For a valid reservation, deposit is required. When you book only activities and unlimited transport through us the amount of deposit is 10% of the full booking price, if you wish for us to organise accommodation for you as part of your package then you need to pay an additional deposit in accordance with the requirements of our partner hotels or B&B services. Please note that not paying the deposit in time may cause difficulties in organizing your chosen itinerary. Until your deposit arrives we cannot book your activities and accommodation and therefore cannot guarantee their availability in the inquired date and time.By making a booking with us, it is assumed that acceptance of these terms & conditions is understood. As the person making the booking, it is your responsibility for making all parties in your group aware of these conditions.

FINAL PAYMENT

The outstanding balance is to be payed via bank transfer, through PayPal (in case you choose this option, an extra 4 % surcharge will be added) or in cash on the first day of your arrival to one of our representatives, or if you are only doing activities with us, then on pick up of your first program. Individual payments cannot be accepted.This payment must be in one currency Bank of England GBP or EUR or HUF. It is your decision to pay the outstanding balance by transferring the money by bank, through the PayPal system (in case you choose this option, an extra 4 % surcharge will be added) or paying by cash on arrival. If you choose the latter version, it is your responsibility to collect the outstanding balance and give the entire amount in one currency (either GBP - Pound Scots are not accepted -,
EURO or Hungarian Forint) to our representative on the first day of your trip before your first activity. Paying in instalments is not possible. Please note that if you choose to pay in any other currency than what your invoice states, all the calculations we make is based on the current exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank.

PRICING

We reserve the right to make changes in the prices before your reservation. Following your booking the amount of payment is final, there will be no changes to it unless the currency exchange rates unexpectedly move to an extreme level. Please note: all prices on this website are displayed in GBP and EURO, but orders will be charged in EURO only. Please note that your credit card company may apply a conversion fee to your transaction.

ALTERATIONS MADE BY YOU AND BEING LATE FROM A PROGRAM

It is very important to us that our customers fully satisfied with our services and we are trying to be flexible where possible. Before your booking is done you can make any changes free of charge. Please note that after your activity was paid and confirmed by us, if you would like to change the activity, the number of the group, or change your booking in any way we will try to alter the arrangements according to your requests but we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made. Where a change can be made, we will not charge an amendment fee however you will be charged for any extra costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our partners. In case you are late from a program extra charges also may apply except: unlimited paintball, unlimited airsoft.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your reservation at any time, but after your booking is confirmed you lose your deposit. For accommodation different cancellation policy may be applied. You will be informed about these details before booking. For a valid cancellation you need to send an email to us.

CHANGES MADE BY US

We reserve the right to change any of our partner companies at any time which does not affect your itinerary. After booking we might change the time of your booked activity, after consulting you, and with your permission.

LIABILITY

We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and partners except where they lead to death, injury or illness. In all cases, you must first seek compensation from the primary partner (Hotel or Activity provider). Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your itinerary arrangements. We accept no liability for any accident and damage that occurs while anybody from your group is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In some cases persons in your group may have to sign disclaimer forms before commencing certain activities.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Hungarian Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság.
